About Me

As an experienced healthcare professional, I have been fortunate to embark on a rewarding journey across diverse healthcare systems. My career began as a Registered Nurse in the Philippines, where I had the opportunity to develop a solid foundation in clinical practice and gain a deep understanding of patient care. Working in a fast-paced environment, I was exposed to a wide range of medical conditions and emergencies, allowing me to refine my skills in critical thinking, problem-solving, and compassionate care.

Seeking new challenges and the chance to broaden my cultural competencies, I made the decision to pursue a role as a Health Care Assistant in Hong Kong. This experience provided me with invaluable insights into a different healthcare system and allowed me to work with a diverse patient population. Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, I learned to navigate cultural nuances, effectively communicate with patients from various backgrounds, and provide tailored care to meet their individual needs. It was a transformative experience that deepened my appreciation for cultural diversity and reinforced my commitment to patient-centered care.

Since relocating to Australia, I have worked as a Personal Care Worker in aged care while completing the process of transferring my nursing registration from the Philippines. I successfully passed the NCLEX, OSCE, and PTE exams, and have now earned my registration as a nurse in Australia.

Throughout my career across diverse healthcare systems, my passion for helping others has remained the driving force behind my commitment to excellence. I approach each day with a strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of those in my care. I am eager to bring this enthusiasm, experience, and dedication to the next phase of my nursing career in Australia.
